Secure storage, right on site

The job-trailer break-in stops here.

Every contractor knows the gut-punch of pulling onto a site to find the trailer popped and the good tools gone. A real shipping container changes that math. It's 14-gauge Cor-Ten steel with cargo doors that lock from one point and a welded lockbox that swallows your padlock so bolt cutters can't reach it. Compressors, generators, copper, power tools, fasteners — lock it all up at quitting time and it's still there at sunrise.

It's not just thieves you're beating. A sealed container keeps rain, snow, and blowing dust off lumber, drywall, fixtures, and anything else that won't survive a wet weekend in the open. One box on the pad keeps your whole crew working out of the same dry, lockable spot — no daily haul back to the shop, no materials walking off.

Why crews use them

Built for the way a job runs.

One container handles security, weather, and logistics from groundbreaking to punch list — without a daily trip back to the shop.

Theft-proof lockup

Welded lockbox plus single-point cargo doors. Far tougher than a trailer, gang box, or chain-link gate.

Weather protection

Wind & water-tight steel keeps lumber, drywall, and fixtures dry through rain, snow, and dust.

One box per job

Park a dedicated unit on the pad for the full build, then we pick it up when the job's closed out.

No shop runs

Tools and material live on site, so the crew starts working at 7 instead of loading the truck.

Built out your way

Add a roll-up door, shelving, vents, or a side man-door so the box works the way your crew does.

Rent or buy

Month-to-month for a single build, or own it outright if you'll move it job to job.

Rent it or own it

Match the box to the build.

Short job or a single phase? Rent a container month-to-month with no contract — keep it for the length of the build and we haul it off when you're done.

Running multiple sites or a long project? Buy a 20-ft or 40-ft unit and move it from job to job for years. As a rule of thumb, once you'll keep a box past about 18 to 20 months, owning it wins.

  • 20-ft — fits tight lots and most driveways, plenty for tools and gear.
  • 40-ft — full crews, bulk material, and equipment with room to spare.
How it works on site

On the pad, usually inside the week.

1

Tell us the job

Size, rent or buy, and where it's going on the site. We give you a real number the same day — delivery included within 50 miles.

2

Confirm the drop spot

Send a photo of the entrance and the spot you want it. We confirm the tilt-bed can get in and the ground's firm enough.

3

Delivered & locked

We set it level, weld the lockbox, and hand over the keys. Add a mobile office on the same trip if you need one.

Pair it up

Need a dry place to spread the plans?

Plenty of crews park a storage box and a mobile office side by side — one for the tools and material, one for paperwork, breaks, and getting out of the weather. We can set both on the same delivery so your whole jobsite footprint shows up in a single trip.

Lockable, weather-tight, and ready the day it lands — no setup, no trailer hitch, no tongue jack to crank.

Jobsite questions

Before it lands.

Very. Every container we deliver is 14-gauge Cor-Ten steel with a welded lockbox that shields your padlock from bolt cutters. Doors lock from a single point you control, so tools, copper, and small equipment stay put overnight and over the weekend — far tougher to crack than a job trailer or a chain-link gate.
As long as the build runs. Rentals are month-to-month with no contract, so you keep one box for the length of the project and we pick it up when you're done. If the job runs years or you want it on the next site too, buying usually wins once you'll keep it past about 18 to 20 months. See rental terms →
Yes. A lot of crews pair a storage box with a mobile office container — a dry, lockable spot for plans, paperwork, and a place to get out of the weather. We can set both on the same delivery, so your whole jobsite footprint shows up in one trip.
