Common questions

The honest answers.

For a 20-foot container, plan on about 65 feet of straight pull-in (truck + tilt-bed). For a 40-foot, about 95 feet. We'll always ask for one or two photos before delivery so we don't surprise you on the day.

If your address is within 75 road miles of our Woodlawn yard at 5567 Elk Horn Rd, delivery is genuinely free — already baked into the sale price. Outside 75 miles, we'll quote the exact mileage charge before the truck rolls.

For temporary placement on private rural land — almost never. For HOAs, municipal lots, or anything you're attaching to a foundation, check with your county. Happy to talk through what your local jurisdiction usually requires.

One-trip containers crossed the ocean once and are nearly new — factory paint, factory seals. They cost more, look newer. WWT (wind & water tight) containers have years of service behind them but remain weather-tight and structurally solid. Same 30-year lifespan either way.

Average is six days from first call to drop. Same-week emergency rentals are common for storm damage and equipment theft. The hardest part is usually the customer's schedule, not ours.
