Yadkin County is the heart of the Yadkin Valley, and the town leans into it: Yadkinville is known locally for its Harvest Festival and its Grape Festival, which honor the vineyards around it. That is a real economic shift layered on top of ordinary Piedmont farm ground, and both halves generate storage problems.

This is a tilt-bed delivery. The trailer backs in, tilts, and eases forward while the container slides off, so it needs a straight approach rather than a tight turn at the end. Sixty to a hundred feet of clear run is the usual ask.

The rest of what matters:

• Ground firm enough for a loaded truck, especially through a row-crop or vineyard block after rain
• Overhead clearance under limbs, trellis wire, and service lines
• A pad close to level, since an out-of-level box binds its own doors
• Gate and turn widths, usually the tightest constraint on a farm entrance
